  1. Apologies
  2. To confirm minutes of the previous meetings  9th October 2020
  3. Councillors :
    1. Disclosure of any undeclared interests and notification of dispensations granted
  4. Residents :
    1. Declarations of interests in speaking on agenda items
    2. Opportunity for Residents to raise issues/concerns not on this agenda
  5. Street Business Park:

  1. COVID19 To receive a report and consider any action required
  2. To receive reports & consider action required
    1. District & County Councillors, and
    2. Parish Councillors on their area of  responsibility not covered elsewhere on the agenda, including

Play area, footpaths, allotments, the Walton Trust, School governors, East Mead Field, etc.

  1. Finances:
    1. To receive and consider approval of the Monthly Financial Report
    2. To consider authorisation of the invoices for payment schedule
  2. Precept Grants:

To consider the amounts that successful applications are to receive.

  2. Walton Under 5’s Pre school
  3. Street and Walton Men’s Shed
  4. St. Margaret’s Hospice
  1. Budget:

To receive a report from the budget group and consider a proposal for the 2021/2022 budget.

  1. Future Planning
    1. Trees within the parish
    2. Spring village event
    3. Spring tree planting
    4. East Mead Field
    5. Rural Parish Coalition – proposal for consideration
  2. Roads, Traffic & Footpaths To consider reports & to agree any action required
  3. Government consultation on planning To ratify the parish council response.
  4. Planning
    1. To receive any planning decisions reported
    2. Planning applications as at the date of the agenda - none
    3. To consider any General Planning concerns
  5. Dates of upcoming meetings & events.
